SELECTED commissions

Custom work is super rewarding! It involves working with a client to determine the EXACT fit for their life and their space. These paintings all have a little back-story and I like knowing that these paintings are all well loved! WANNA COMMISSION A "SIGN LANGUAGE" PAINTING FROM ME?? Here's what you need to know...

****There's a commission queue (usually of 4-6 months). The sooner you get on the list, the faster your commission will be done!

Generally, I start with your favourite (THE SHORTER THE BETTER) movie/TV/Pop culture quote. If you have a specific sign, I can accommodate that too. Take a look through the sold & current work to see what you gravitate towards as far as shape, size and colour. Once you have a general idea of what you like, email me, and we can start the process.

Once we decide on price and theme, you will receive a rendering of your piece and be given the option for a change at this point. (Please note - any more than one re-draw will cost more). Once you approve the drawing there's a 30% down-payment before the painting begins.

Commissions once started, take a bout 7-14 days to complete (depending on size).

You will get an email with a photo of the completed painting towards the very end of the process for a last approval...SMALL changes can be accommodated at this point (although in my experience - this rarely happens)!! If you're happy....so am I...you'll get a last invoice for the balance owed, and you can pick up the art at my studio - or I can provide you with a quote for shipping!
